Harmar Days Festival 2024 Raffle

Initially built as a covered railroad bridge in 1856, the Historic Harmar Bridge is the oldest manually operated swinging railroad bridge in the country and the only one of its kind still in operation today. Though it has endured many changes, the Harmar Bridge has stood strong in the Harmar Village of Marietta, Ohio. In January of 2020, the Historic Harmar Bridge Company voted to close the foot bridge for safety purposes. It is our mission to renovate, restore and reopen the bridge as a multipurpose transportation artery connecting Downtown Marietta to the Historic Harmar District. All proceeds go towards this cause.

If you purchase a Raffle Ticket, you are entered into the drawing to win the following:

GRAND PRIZE |   2023 Toyota Tacoma SR5 ($38,670 MSRP)

SECOND PRIZE  |  2022 CForce 400 ATV ($5,199 MSRP)

THIRD PRIZE  |  2022 Bad Boy ZT Avenger 60" Zero Turn Lawn Mower ($6,019 MSRP)

More Prizes and Prize Packages coming soon!!

In addition to these three grand prizes, there are many other baskets such as a Marietta dinner basket or staycation package, values starting at $250. If you are drawn for a basket prize you will be reentered to win one of the grand prizes. The drawing will be held on the third day of our annual Harmar Days Festival, July 26-28th in the Harmar Village of Marietta, Ohio!

Meet the Organization
Historic Harmar Bridge Company

The Historic Harmar Bridge Company has been operating as a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation since 1985.

The HHBC is focused on both the long-term restoration and preservation of the historic railroad and pedestrian crossing bridge and on developing the property and railcars spread through the Harmar Village.

The bridge was closed on March 1, 2020 to foot traffic to protect the safety of residents and visitors while the nonprofit builds a sustainable plan to ensure safe multi-modal passage across the Muskingum River. The HHBC is currently challenged with the renovation and restoration projects necessary to reopen the bridge as a multipurpose transportation artery connecting Downtown Marietta to the Historic Harmar Village and Greater West Side.
